Hi Pavani! I google'd so much to find the recipes that my mom-in-law taught me few years back. She feels minapa rotti, vari nooka rotti etc. are all traditional dishes of their caste (mine is an inter-caste marriage :) and so I should learn them all. Unfortunately I forgot them all as she taught these to me a few years back when I was travelling to US, and I never tried on my own after that.. but after coming back to India, she is living wid us and is expecting me to cook those traditional dishes that she taught me! So I was desparately searching for these recipes and God saved me by showing ur blog.. these recipes are exactly what my mom-in-law taught me, now that I cud recollect! Thanks a ton for posting these.. Also wud be glad if u can post more of such dishes, so that I can learn from u and surprise her!!! :D
